The importance is the authority that the Name implies. Jesus invites us, commands us to use His Name, transfers His divine authority. His name means that we are recommended by Him.

The name of the Lord is sacred, it is only for the children and for particular situations. It is not a magic phrase, the power lies in that since the power of Jesus through the Holy Spirit dwells in me He gives me the power.
