"Since we have been made right in God's sight by the blood of Christ, H e will certainly save us from God's condemnation. For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his son."

ROMANS 5:9-10.

Because we like to be in control, one of the hardest things to accept is that we don't make the rules for how life and faith work - God does. God's rules say that sin deserves eternal death, and every one has sinned.

Your assurance for salvation is based on the fact that Jesus Christ stood in your place and took the judgement you deserved for your sin.

God promises that He no longer judges you an enemy but a friend even His child.
