Give Willingly, Cheerfully & Tirelessly

It is not enough to give your tithes and offerings in or give to the poon For it to be acceptable to God, produce a bountiful harvest for you, it must be given Willing, If you obey the giving law, but do not give willingly, stand to lose your harvest, as you still will not eat of the land of prosperity. The Bible says:

If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: Isaiah 1:19

Your giving must be willingly done for it to acceptable before God. That's why God instructed Moses in Exodts35-&

Take ye from among you an offering unto the LORD: whosoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of the LORD; gold, and silver, and brass.

We are told in verse 29 that "The children of Israel a willing offering unto the LORD, every man and woman, heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, WE the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of Moses

Only a quality offering or gift that comes from a willing heart will be rewarded by God.
For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. 2 Corinthians 8:12

The above scripture reveals that willingness far outweighs the quantity of your seed or giving. This foundation of willingness must be in place for your giving to produce prosperity for you.
Your giving must also be cheerfully offered for it to be acceptable, for God loves a cheerful giver.
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7

If your offering is not given willingly, then you can't be cheerful giving it. And a lack of cheerfulness in giving can turn your blessings into a curse as the Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 28:47-48:

Because thou served not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

Your giving must also be tireless. Paul admonishes us to not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Gal 6:9). He also talks about giving once and again in Philippians.
Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.

Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour ofa sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:15-19

The prayer in verse 19 is in response to their tireless giving to Paul. Even the Preacher advises on tireless giving:

In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good. Ecclesiastes 11:6
