This is a wonderful message. God loves you so much that He gave His only beloved Son that you may not perish if only you believe in Him. Every man is made up of soul, spirit and body, How healthy your spirit, soul and body is to a large extent depends on how you feed Your spirit man or your body. Most of us feed and over feed the body, (Beauty, well dressed, ellegant, look good etc) but pays no attention to the spirit, no time to commune with God, no time to feed the spirit, no praise time, no meditation etc. Its easy to conclude that the spirit is willing but the body is weak. The Bible says that just in a twincle of an eye, the trumpet will sound and rapture will be over! What will you do if you wake up in a second and rapture has taken place and you are left behind (God forbid) or in a twinkle of an eye, your spirit seprates from your body, it is often sad.
