We Are Made to be a Function of Faith

We are a function of faith, because that's how God created us. It is the same reason why we can only please him by Faith. (Hebrews 11:6).

For example, if you buy a generator you will definitely want it to give you light but in a sensible way did not produce light after applying mechanical ways, because you understand that for it to work, it will need to move from mechanical energy to electrical energy, but in a way refuse to work through that way, won't you be so surprised?.

This is how God feels when we can't apply faith to everything we can do. Because we are made to function by faith.

The word of God Say's that we look not at the things we can see but we look at things which can not be seen. The question is how can we look at things which can not be seen?

And the word says that that the eye of the body is a light and if the eye of the body produces its function, then the whole body will be full of light. The things which can be seen are temporal and the things which can not be seen are eternal.

This can only tell that everything that you can see now are temporal- the bus that you will enter today is temporal, the clothes that you are putting on is temporal, the phone you are using is temporal, as long as you can see it, it is temporal ( it won't last, it is for a while).

And things that you can not see is eternal, the phone you wish to have is eternal, the car you which to be driving is eternal, the house that you can see that you will be living in is eternal, everything you see yourself doing and becoming are all eternal.

The only way you can look at what you can't see, is through the Eyes of faith.

And you saw how the LORD your GOD cared for you all along the way as you travelled through the wilderness, just as a father cares for his child. Now HE has brought you to this place. Deuteronomy 1:31 (NLT)

The LORD has been faithful to this point. HE will be faithful forever. So you do no need to worry about your future. Cast your worries on HIM and move on.

Fear is not of God, so as worry and fretfulness. It is sowing the wrong seeds in our hearts.

The scripture says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. On the other hand, I believe that fear comes from hearing, hearing the words of the devil.

We have to begin to interpret things with the eyes of faith, because faith is a substance of things hoped for, an evidence of things unseen.

Ephesians 1:18 says The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

When the eyes of our understanding is enlightened, we come to knowledge of our inheritance package; we comprehend our calling and we enjoy limitless access to divine providence.

Understanding therefore strengthens faith. When we have the mind and the eyes of God, we start interpreting things the way God (our Father, whose DNA we share) does.

If faith comes by hearing, what then do we need to hear? If understanding strengthens faith, what then do we need to understand?

The response is quite clear - THE WORD OF GOD. For faith comes by hearing God's Word.

When can build constant Intimacy with God through his Word for his Word is spirit and life.

And it is in that Word that we are saved; our minds are renewed by it and the eyes of our understanding gets to the next level.

In summary, as men who are called to the service of Christ, our eyes should not be subjected to the world or the present circumstances, rather, we must like Christ, see things the way God does and this is only possible by the presence of God's Spirit in us.
