Storms Never Lasts, Live Above Every Storm

Storms come in different velocity and intensity, based on this meteorologist have concluded that there are various kinds of storms which varies due to the location. Most locations experience more storms than others or are stormier than others.

The damages caused by storms are attributed to its varying strength and level of danger they can pose. On relating this to life situations, storms might take different forms in our lives. It can but economical, political, financial, social, religious and what have you.

When you are faced with storms, we are under intense pressure and we tend to fight back tossing it to and fro. Although, storms may be an unfavourable natural phenomenon their effects has a great impact on the environment and human life. Evidently, the storm if life has its own impacts in our spiritual and physical life.

Due to the raging power of storms, men have devised ways to predict, control and reduce the intensity and level of damage caused by the storms. By taking preventive measures , lots of lives have been saved and the impact of storms reduced. If man could provide preventive measures to curtail the storms, how much more our everlasting father who safeguards and protect us from the storms of life.

The title Prince of Peace is ascribed to our Lord Jesus Christ. He has every might to tell a storm to stay calm. In Matthew 14:22-32, where Jesus and his apostles were in a ship crossing to the other side, mid way into the journey, there was a turbulent storm threatening to sink the boat. But the storm became calm when Jesus commanded it to stop.

The storms that may come our way are there to hinder our progress. It comes as an opposition on our journey to stardom, marriage, in the road of our ministerial ambition, on the course of our career choices or in life. Jesus is always there to intervene and calm every storms in our lives. The disciples in Matthew 14:22-32, were afraid at first but when they called on Jesus came to their rescue, they had the conviction and believed Jesus is the storm breaker.

So today how is our relationship with Christ Jesus like? Can we call upon him in our times of storm and he will answer us immediately. The answer to this, is YES! If we allow Christ to reign in our lives, he will surely lead us to our various destinations. Open up your heart to him and his presence into the storms of your life will make it all disappear.
