In the seed of a mango, there are countless mangofruits, likewise in an orange. Every human is a seed capable of reproducing countless fruits, if properly harnessed. No man or woman is born an adult. Everybody comes into the world as a child-even jesus Christ. In every child is a quality that is not present in any other person. This makes you to have an edge over others. It is the leader in you. You cant find it in any other person. Leadership comes in many ways and intensities. It is sometimes defined as the ability to create in others the desire to follow. People tend to follow men and women who know where they are going and follow men and women who know where they are going and why. When others follow your direction or thinking you are a in leadership role. Therefore, you need to know what you believe in and why.

First and foremost, you must believe in yourself believe that there is a quality there is peculiar to you and you only. Believe that your creator put that quality in you so thaf you can be better than mankind. In this regards, you need faith, thats is, a leader must be a boy or a girl absence of fear. Rather it is the ability to match on in spite of fear. Leaders are risk takers, albeit calculated risks. What is it that will make a man/woman match forward and carry other along, when there are dangers and uncertainties on the way? It is courage. Leaders show courage based on the assurance of God's presence.. Dont be timid, dont get discouraged. God is with you every step you take <joshua 1 vs 9> because of contending forces, manifesting the leader in you depends, to a very large extent, on who goes with you im the journey of life..

Leaders command respect, attention and loyalty. What an average man runs after are those things that follow a Leader. There is going to be a tough time, but you must perserve. Clear leading from God, as attested to, by your conscience, is followed by period when no change in the situation is apparent, During that time, seeing setbacks may turn people away from their leadership position, but dont give up, keep focusing on God.
