I disagree - not every whoman can and want to go this path - besides it is not verry nice to dictate someone what they shouldt do...

I think whomen should do these things because they want to and not to follow rules.

I am not a feminist but telling someone to obay to some made up rules isnt gonna make a change.
Maybe have a conversation with them to try and get them to think about these topics.
