Praying in Spirit is a Prayer between you and God! There is a saying from where Im from, Speaking in tongues is a Language you and only God Understands!
As Christians we should pray so that God will fill us with Spirit so we can be speak in tongues.
Acts 2:4 "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

Thanks very much. Praying in the holy ghost is one of the ways we present to God those things we can't express with words. It's a very effective way of connecting with God and tapping from his power to live an effective christian life. Thanks for stopping by.
