The bible said that we have to present ourself a living sacrifice cleansed before God.
Before we can fully be cleansed, I quite agree that we must devote our lives to the service of God's work and be willing to be broken in the flesh and undergo through total repentance.

The purity or cleaning of our spirit is very important in the eyes of God and to achieve it has left us instructions in his word. First of all is to take care that in the midst of the afflictions of life our spirit our father blaming him for what happens to us is not again against God. Another way to maintain the cleanliness of our spirit is precisely being of humble spirit and discard the pride in our lives.

This is really awesome,yea we need to be doers of the word of God,as we renew our mind with the word daily and move by the leading of the holy Spirit,we purify our heart and mind with the word,Acts 15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Hebrews 9:13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: James 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

For all of human history, there has been a tendency for older generations to dismiss younger teachers, simply because they are young. In order to counter this, the influence of a young leader should come through his example.
Matthew 5:17
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
