Greatness Is Costly

God takes up the Job of making men champions, He is doing that and some are champions already.
However, there are some people who do not choose to become champions. You must be wondering why. It is because becoming a champion is very costly!

Taking yourself as a Boxer for example, in preparation for a tournament, there were certain things you had to do. For example, you had to wake up by 5 a.m. and do some road walks. while you jog you beat the air. There were certain foods your weren't supposed to eat when you were preparing for a championship. It's not easy to be a champion. Remaining a champion is even harder. When you become a champion, there are some people who will want to dethrone you.

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

It's a good thing to be a champion but it is better to be made a champion by God. When God makes you a champion it means God is your coach and that means no matter how little the things you do are, God being your coach will magnify it into something big. We can find champions in the scripture who did little things, but God decided to magnify the little they did.

In Exodus 14:21, Moses lifted his hand over the Red Sea and went to sleep, waking up the following morning, the sea had divided like an expressway. ln 1 Samuel 17:45-50, David slung a stone and the next thing Goliath died on the spot.

In other to become a great personality therefore, you need to allow your Coach and Senior Partner breathe into your little efforts and all that signifies Goliath in your life will start to fall.

As a champion created by God, if God asks you to go out and preach the gospel, you must do that. If He asks you to follow-up converts, you must comply. If he asks you to fast, you must fast. If He says you shouldn't fast, you must obey. You should do exactly as He instructs. There shouldn't be room for you to be directed by anyone else apart from Him.

In Matthew 6:24, God said if you must be great, there should be no room for divided loyalty.
”No man can serve two masters: for either he will
hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold
to the one, and despise the other Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

After you prosper as a divine champion, your prosperity must not replace God. The only way to ensure this is that as you prosper, you must be willing to let it go. If you want to be great, You must understand that the blessing is not meant for you to start building material things around yourself. No matter the opposition to your divine greatness, you will always be on the winning side and you will always sing joyfully.
