TODAY IS NOT LATE YET

Zacchaeus was a fraudulent and corrupt public officer of note. He sought to see Jesus without invitation. You see, sin has guilt. Guilt is like your shadow. Try as much as you can to separate from your shadow, it follows you wherever you go. The shadow of guilt is a hunting one. Even the so called hardened criminals are restless with regards to the evils they committed. There is no peace for the wicked.

Zacchaeus like all sinners was a troubled man. He made a difference anyway when instead of living with his troubles, he brought them to Jesus. Come unto me, Jesus said, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and i will give you rest (Matt. 11: 28). The sinner has labour and load of troubles.

He is restless. From the way Zacchaeus sought Jesus, you will Know something was disturbing him. He looked like an established man. He had built houses with ill gotten wealth, but to him, it was not too late to put things right.

Maybe you are thinking your own is too much and where will you start? Leave those thoughts and go to Jesus first. He will settle all your raging matters.

Jesus is the answer for the world of sinners today above him there is no one else. He will make you whole. When the scribes and the Sadducee confronted him when they saw him with Zaccheaus, he told them that He did not come for the righteous but he came to save the sinners. So if you know something is disturbing you and you know your Heart is not right with God come to Jesus, He will give you rest.
