BE STRONG AND IMMOVABLE

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

Whenever you feel like God is far from you remember that he has promised that he will "never leave nor forsake you". That is the message we plant our feet in so that we can stand in times of discouragement and let downs.

Many are the things working against the Christian. Like a soldier and pilgrim traveling through an enemy's stronghold, it's predicted that he won't leave us free. That's why we have been given all the armor of heaven's munition and have been charged to put it on.

Ephesians 6:11-12 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

It has never been easy for anyone. This life is said to be difficult. Its way is narrow and filled with darkness on either side. Luke 22: 31, "behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat," the devil unlike us never sleep nor slumber. He's good at his work of accusation. But Jesus said have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.", Luke 22:32.

Behold your savior and sanctifier. He not only saves but sanctifies. He grants grave to move through the enemy's camp to execute his plan for his glory. He clothes us with power from on high and keeps our feet from falling. Everything in this world is working together for our failure but God has intervened for us.

We should also be aware of the enemy within. The doctrine of indwelling sin is not a fallacy. It's a true biblically coined doctrine that teaches that man still has the remnant of the old nature, the dying nature in him. This is the cause of the war within. The nature of God wants to do good and glorify God but the Adamic nature opposes this agenda and works harder with the backing of the devil to suppress the godly nature within us. But we assured of the holy ghost who has sealed our spirit unto the day of glorification.

This holy stamp won't fade away. It's everlasting and though the devil will try and make it seem worthless by his maneuvers, the spirit of God will always win. He is God and can't fail. Holy Spirit comes and fills us. Give us the strength to fight this good fight of faith. Grant us that we may be able to overcome the world by your mighty force in Jesus name.

As believers, we need the strength of God. The Comforter must bit be grieved. He must be loved and obeyed with all our hearts. We must heed to his word and directions so that we may live above threatening of the serpent.

Let's all soak ourselves in the word of God. Let's pray more and love more. This is the time of prayer. Let's stand firm in the apostle's doctrine intercede for one another that it may be well with us.
