The Golden rule

The golden rule refers to treating well the others like that these persons do not treat us well. To treating these persons as us we want to be treated, if this rule was working that different and beautiful serious the life, the treatment that we give to other persons would be much better, the life will be very different and we all were happy because we all would be consent to everything and would feel totally satisfied. Since we give the better thing of us for the others there is nothing better that to treat the others as us we want to be treated provided that always we want the better thing for us and is we should give it to others.

What we are called the Golden rule refers to: Jesus knew the human heart of the beings and the egoismo that this one has. In fact, in the previous verse, God describes the human beings since " even being villains " they can give good obsequiousnesses to his children though they are wicked and selfish for nature. This verse says to the Golden rule, that he says to treat the others since it would like to be treated in all the things.

Mateo 7:12: " So in everything you treat the others as they want that they treat you. In fact, this is the law and the prophets. "

The application of the Golden rule refers primeramente when we wonder, " what do I want? " For example, I want that the others are nice with me. If I do badly, I want that they do not correct me without censorship. I do not want that they take advantage of me. I want that they give me a bit of recognition for the good thing that I do; that at least say to me " thank you ", etc. " This rule says, if this is what you want that they do the others with you, this way also you must do with them. In addition he says to us what we must do but he says to us like, across her, we can know what we must do.

So good as it is the Golden rule in his mandate of treating the others, also us remember of egoists that we are! Jesus' hearing might relate to this mandate (as the Jews of the time of Moses) because the people universally demand respect, love and appreciation, if they deserve it or not. Jesus knew this and it used it to show how His people must treat the others: how they themselves wanted to be loved, respected and estimated. This rule to treat the others with such a high esteem is also the second one of both biggest orders, followed only by the order of loving God himself (Mateo 22:39).
Our problems are the mainspring of personal relations. If they all were living in conformity with the Golden rule, which different would be the life. Often we are blind to our faults but very prompt in seeing them of the others. But we do not have right hope that the others are good with us if we are not good with them. If we live according to the Golden rule it does not want to say that the others in ours around are going to be good with us. It can be that it will not have a great impact on them, but it of good it is what it does for us.

Hi @ emily2, can you imagine a world where everyone seeks the good of their neighbor? Seek the good of others as we seek the good of ourselves would be something supremely wonderful.

We suggest that the images of the publications be in English as well. Thank you.
