WHAT WILL BE THE FAVORITE PLACE FOR GOD HERE ON EARTH?
Dear Community! Dear friends! If God asked you: What place on earth do you recommend for me to live? What would you say?
One of the architects known for the beauty of its buildings, was the Spanish Antoni Gaudí. Its culminating work is the church of the Sagrada Familia, in Barcelona, that occupied its last days and could not conclude. He not only built to earn money, but made his construction a unique and exclusive beauty. In their projects there are not only right angles, but curves that show the beauty of a well-done project.
In the same way that there are beautiful constructions made in a special way, we are also someone special that God created. You are a construction that has a beautiful in itself, the essence of the creator that expresses a unique beauty. A temple not made by human hands, but made by the hands of the creator of the heavens and the Earth.
Have you ever, brother, have you thought about this? Do you think how wonderful it is to be Temple of the Holy Spirit? What are you not one more in this world, but someone special to God? Paul writes that we are Temples of the Holy Spirit, sanctuaries of God, where God dwells.
"And what consensus has the sanctuary of God with idols? For we are the sanctuary of the living God, as God said, In them dwelling, and among them I will walk, and I will be their God and they will be my people." II Corinthians 6:16
When I read this verse, my soul is filled with joy because I know that I am the abode of God. Today I want to reflect with you on being Temple of the Holy Spirit.
Paul says that we are a special place, not any place, but a place that God inhabits. A special place! Some builders created their projects, made and built tremendous wonderful works, but few lived in them. God made you and created in a special way to live within you.
That is why we have to take special care when we act, when we think, because people look at us looking for a different attitude to other people.
Our testimony must be the facade of this temple. And if God lives within me, if the Holy Spirit dwells in me it is because I am guided by the Holy Spirit because this is the will of God. Now, think with me ... If I am led by the Spirit, the Word of God tells me that I am the Son of God.
"All who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God." - Romans 8:14
Do you know what makes me different? It is this conviction that God dwells in me and that I must bring the Word of God to those who are not yet a temple of the Holy Spirit. See in your work, in the university, in the field, in your home. Not everyone possesses the Holy Spirit and are guided by them, then, that my walk and breathing can flow naturally the perfume of Christ. I am not only a physical, human identity, but a spiritual identity! I have the responsibility to be different because I am God's room.
All day, in the morning, before lifting, you must remember that you are the dwelling place of God. I know it's difficult, but raise a flag in your life! Raise an altar in your life and long for a flag so that first you can look at it and remember that The Lord is your Flag. This flag is not just any flag, but it is a flag sprinkled with blood, a blood that was scattered on the cross and that overcame death, overcame sin and reconciled us to God.
Revelation 1: 5 tells us that it was through this blood that: "He who loves us, and by his blood freed us from our sins, and made us a kingdom, priests for God, his Father, to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever, Amen. "
If I am a sanctuary of God, my wills are not priorities, I am not the owner of myself and this was not imposed, but I chose myself. I was bought for a high price. Paul full of the Holy Spirit wrote that we were bought not with something corruptible, but by a precious blood.
"Knowing that it was not with corruptible things, like silver or gold, that you have been rescued from your vain way of living, which you have traditionally received from your fathers, but with a most precious blood, like a lamb without blemish and without blemish, Christ, who, in truth, was known even before the foundation of the world, but manifested at the end of time for your sake, who through him believe in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope be in God "(1 Peter 18:21).
I am free to choose my God! Being the Temple of the Lord brings me security, because in his temple there is fear.
"In the fear of the Lord there is firm confidence, and his children will have a place of refuge." - Proverbs 14:26
I chose to take this name to the Nations and to all those who need to hear of their love so that they have the will to be Temple of the Holy Spirit.
With @steemchurch we can reach many lives in the crusade for freedom and get many temples for God.
I need to be a place that can give comfort to my Lord. God is holy, the psalmist wrote: Psalms, 19: 8 "The precepts of the Lord are right, and gladden the heart, the commandment of the Lord is pure, and enlightens the eyes." But you can say, but it is difficult to be holy.
It is true, but it is not impossible because it does not depend on works or on any man, but on the Lord Jesus. It is he who makes me holy through his blood. But if you think it is very difficult, then ask him like the psalmist:
"Let me know your ways, Lord, teach me your paths, guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation, for you I wait all day." - Psalm 25: 4-5
Ask the Lord to teach you to seek holiness, prepare your heart to be a comfortable place for Him. Just as you make your home a place of comfort, make yourself a welcoming place for the Lord. Think about what God would like to have in your home. I'm going to put only some of them here:
A - Be a House of Prayer: Once Jesus said: My house will be called a house of prayer - (Matthew 21:13). Prayer is the relationship. God wants to have a relationship with you. Relationship is a way of communicating with who we like to talk, to be close, to spend time together.
B - Be a Temple with a broken heart: God does not despise a broken heart. Psalm 51:17 "The sacrifice acceptable to God is the broken spirit, the broken and contrite heart you will not despise, O God.
A broken heart is one that is devastated by knowing that its forces are not enough to continue. A broken heart is one that is softened by understanding that only a relationship with God can bring to him a coexistence of daily learning so that the light shines in his life. A broken heart is one that was tamed by the problems of life and that his confidence ceased to be in cars and horses, but now he looks at the creator and perceives his omnipotence. A broken heart brings the words of the Apostle Paul to mind:
"So I feel pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in needs, in persecutions, in anguish for the love of Christ, because when I am weak, then I am strong." - II Corinthians 12:10
A broken heart weakens our courage and re-establishes a relationship with the one who is strong. God expects to have a relationship with you. We think of only 2 aspects that God loves, but you can find more features that can leave the Temple of the Holy Spirit pleasant.
Thank you for taking a few minutes of your valuable time to read this publication.
Valuable message brother Emilio, we are living stones built on the cornerstone that is Jesus, the best room we can make for him, is in our heart.
Thanks my dear SC-V.
Beautiful message @emiliocabrera, in fact, David said to God: He contemplated the beauty of heaven and I wonder what it is man to have memory of Him. The favorite place of Diis is our heart.
If Kristal, it is glorious to know that God does not stop to look at the stars to look at us. Thanks.
Great post brother. Knowing a bit of writing, we know that God is love. But personally I understood through the years of teaching his word that God's favorite place is Within Our Hearts. Where He can fill us with his great Love. God Bless You @emiliocabrera
It is good to know this my brother, I am glad that God has beautiful hearts where HE lives happy.
For me, the Holy Spirit is everything. If we carry it inside us, no matter where we are, beautiful or ugly, we will feel full of happiness and realized as human beings. Glory to the Spirit of God!
Thank you Marynet for your comment so passionate about the Holy Spirit! Those hearts are what God prefers. God bless you
Amen!
That it! God want to stay forever in every heart! God Bless you bro. Regards
Thank you eddiam .. Welcome to SteemChurch, we are the family of God here in Blockchain. Blessings
certainly we are the temple and abode of the Holy Spirit and we should not take this lightly, the Lord Jesus himself compared us to a house, which the Holy Spirit takes, cleans and orders, but we must make the effort that the Holy Spirit be kept in us, with us and about us, because if we turn away from him ...

Excellent post The abode of the holy spirit is the action by which God takes permanent residence in the body of a believer in Christ Jesus; and this is a privilege for those who believe, because when the holy spirit lives in the believer, He brings with it some results that change your life, and you will never be the same again. Thank you @emiliocabrera for sharing this great teaching for the people of God.
Thank you dear sister, for commenting, I liked this word: God takes permanent residence in the believer "Wow, it's deep,
Beautiful post brother @emiliocabrera, how good it is to know how important we are to God that we are not any house but the house of the Holy Spirit.
And very important dear sister! Paul said: God longs for us. We are your house.
The favorite place he gave here on earth is to always be in the heart of each of his children
Amen! Blessings Theresa. Thanks
I love this.
God really want to have His place in our heart. God is looking for who will open the door of his/her heart for God to live in.
