STEEMCHURCH: IS THERE AN ENDTIME TRANSFER OF WEALTH?

Is there an end time exchange of riches ? Is the abundance of the unbeliever to be controlled by the church ? On numerous occasions we are faced with verses of scriptural texts used to support feelings and practices. First and premier, scriptures are not for citing yet rather instructing and clarification.

2 Timothy 3:16 KJV All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

To cite scriptures to help a feeling as opposed to clarifying scriptures is acting like Satan did in the wilderness while tempting Jesus, Note that by giving better references ,Satan fled. We should not be found utilizing proof texting yet rather we should interprete scriptures properly with understanding like Jesus did.

Luke 24:27,44-45 KJV [27] And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
[44] And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. We must be thorough . Furthermore ,we must teach from all scriptures and also provide sufficient corroborative evidence.

2 Corinthians 13:1 KJV [1] This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

Are the riches of the unsaved meant for believers ? Is there an end time transfer of riches to the church ? Let's firstly examine the most popular text for this belief

He obviously was referring to legacies and heritage ,what happens to the wealth of two different persons after their death . That's established already.

Now to proper construction Both characters refer to moral actions not their faith . Which is the language of the book of proverbs Infact the Hebrew language makes it simpler The good man is a man whose deeds are " towb " ,which means admirable ,noble . Whilst the sinner is a man whose deeds are " chattah " which means illegal So the text refers to two different men,one who acquires wealth in legal ways,his wealth will be enjoyed by his generations after his demise whilst the wicked man will have all he illegally acquired enjoyed by non wicked men or the Hebrew "Tsaddiq,"a morally upright fellow .who might even be his children too.

Nothing suggest believers will take over properties of non believers. Good enough the writer gives further information

Proverbs 28:8 KJV [8] He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.

The man who makes money illegally ,will eventually leave it upon his demise for those who will help those whom the man oppressed . The term lay up and gather it ,are terms used for legacies .

Proverbs 13:11 KJV [11] Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase.
Same thing in the book of job

Job 27:13-17 KJV [13] This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty. 14] If his children be multiplied, it is for the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread. [15] Those that remain of him shall be buried in death: and his widows shall not weep. [16] Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay ; [17] He may prepare it , but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.

It's referenced for those who oppress ,cheat and defraud to acquire wealth . This is exactly what happened in Egypt It acquired wealth via Israel's wisdom ,through Joseph and turned around to oppress her

Exodus 1:7-14 KJV [7] And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them. [8] Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph. [9] And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we: [10] Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land. Kept oppressing for economic gains Oppressive acquisition of wealth .

Exodus 12:35-36 KJV [35] And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: [36] And the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required

And they spoiled the Egyptians. Those who received this largesse were surely not believers.but rather poor and helpless . Most of them at least perished in unbelief .

1 Corinthians 10:5 KJV [5] But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Hebrews 3:16-19 KJV [16] For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. [17] But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? [18] And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? [19] So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. Majority were equally unbelievers and not saved.

That said . Solomons wisdom was in tandem with these . Those who acquire wealth illegally will eventually have it enjoyed by others. This is basically an exhortation to treat earthly things as vanity and not to look forward to owning what belongs to others Jesus made it more pellucid.

Luke 12:19-21 KJV [19] And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. 20] But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? [21] So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

Whilst Solomon spoke of the wealth used to cater for the poor and left for good men ,Jesus gave a rhetorical comment . You have no control over it ! Even though we don't have a clue how this man acquired his wealth but he obviously was living in vanity James commented on this James 5:1-6 KJV [1] Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you . [2] Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. [3] Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. [4] Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. [5] Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter . [6] Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

This is the kind of sinner Solomon referred to . Those who oppressed others . James says the last day ,day of judgment will judge these men Does this preclude such men from Gods love ? No, Obviously ,Zaccheus appeared to fit in here

Luke 19:2 KJV [2] And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. He was a man known for oppressing the poor and acquiring wealth in appropriately

Luke 19:7-10 KJV [7] And when they saw it , they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner. [8] And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. 9] And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. 10] For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Jesus gave him forgiveness of sins. Even though Zaccheus said he will make restitution . Is the wealth of unbelievers waiting to be possessed by believers ? It's not just ludicrous as a doctrine ,it's covetous .

Acts 20:33-35 KJV [33] I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel. [ 34] Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. [35] I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

We work to give not pray to posses what others own.

Ephesians 4:28 KJV [28] Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

If any believer has been Dubious,he simply makes a change and starts doing honest work To give to the poor What Solomon said via the law of sin and death ,for his wealth to be taken over isn't repeated here ,rather he now has a change of heart and starts to give not because of threats .

2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 KJV [10] For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 11] For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies . [12] Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Eat your own bread ! The only end time judgment on wealth is all will become vanity ,as James puts it.both for the good and wicked . Whilst Solomon didn't offer salvation just like Moses ,Jesus did , John submitted too in a very succinct manner

3 John 1:7-8 KJV [7] Because that for his name's sake they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles. [8] We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth.

Taking nothing of the Gentiles ! The teaching of end time wealth transfer is another error that should be made to cease. It's plain love of Money

1 Timothy 6:5-11 KJV [5] Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. [6] But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7] For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out . [8] And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. [9] But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. [10] For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11] But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

We came with nothing and will leave with nothing no transfer !
