SteemChurch: We will hit the rock and emanate water

Blessings for all the great family of @steemchurch.

The word in Exodus 17: 6 says: Behold, I will give before you there on the rock at Horeb; and thou shalt strike the rock, and water shall flow out of it, and the people shall drink. And Moses did so in the presence of the elders of Israel.

A very pious woman was passing an economic test so difficult that, in Sometimes, I did not even have to eat. His neighbor, a bad man who boasted of not believing in God, lost no opportunity to curse and mock the woman's faith. However, the woman, with her windows open, prayed: "Lord, you are faithful, you have promised to give me the daily bread, I do not know how you will do it, but I thank you and I praise you with all my heart". And his neighbor heard it. One day, tired of listening to her, she bought two large bags full of food and took them to the woman's house: "Look, ma'am, I bought these foods! Here you have them to see if you leave that absurd faith". Then, the woman began to thank God. The man could not believe it: "God, not God! I bought them." The woman replied: "I thank God because sometimes he even uses the devil to fulfill his plans!"

Glory to God, because he uses any instrument to bless his children, he never abandons us, because where there is faith, there is love; where there is love, there is peace; where there is peace, this God and where God is missing nothing. Amen.

In Ecclesiastes 2:26 it says: For the man who pleases him, God gives him wisdom, knowledge and joy; but the sinner gives the work of collecting and piling up, to give it to the one who pleases God.

This word tells us how much God loves us and how he takes care of us. He knows our need and is determined to supply it. Even so, we need to look beyond our situation.

Because our greatest need is not for material goods, nor really anything that
we can find here on earth, but of his presence and his direction.

The word of God in Matthew 6: 31-33 teaches us that in order to live fully, it is first necessary to discover the Word of God and apply it to our lives. Seek to be in holiness, forgive and love.

At present we are facing two realities, "the world" and "The Kingdom of God." We live in the world, but since we decided to follow in Jesus' footsteps, we belong to the Kingdom of God. And of course, each area has its rules. In the world we must achieve achievements and accumulate material treasures to live in peace.
Surrounding ourselves with people, but without neglecting our own selves. However, in the Kingdom of God, the treasures are not those that we can reach here on earth, the material, but those that we can accumulate in eternity. And when we surround ourselves with people, it is not for our own benefit, but rather to love, preach, help, bless and forgive.

In Mark 10: 17-27, we describe the story of a very good young man who had a lot (for the world). However, I did not have the courage to leave it. He clung to his possessions and lost sight of his eternity.

Therefore, we must not lose sight of the Kingdom of God, because we are anguished by the needs of this time! We must encourage ourselves to advance a little more and trust. As well as the woman, we must put the faith ahead, the gratitude in the midst of the trials, the assurance that God listens to us. Let's live in the world but with the rules and benefits of HIS Kingdom. And just like Moses who, in the moment of pressure, decided to seek God and obey him in something as illogical as hitting a stone, let's declare in the deserts of our life, in the circumstances that we are going through, that the water begin to flow miraculous of God healing us all.

God today reminds us that he knows our situation, and that he has the solution. But, it motivates us to belittle the desperation for the material and to focus on Him.

It is time to reflect calmly on the direction of our life. What are we dedicating our time and energy to? What is worrying us? Although God has the solution, he also teaches us to trust and to look for him beyond our situation. "Cry out to me, and I will answer you, and I will teach you great and hidden things that you do not know" Jeremiah 33: 3.

Thank you sir for your kindness and infinite mercy, I want to ask you to take control of each of my steps, to use me as an instrument of your love and kindness, help us to remain firm in you, never let go of your powerful hand and teach us to love you more every day, I ask you to bless those who do not have to eat, who do not have to dress and heal those who suffer some disease. I ask you sir to help us overcome the tests, Amen.

We must never lose faith, We can always move mountains through our intimacy with God. We can draw water from the drylands, as long as we trust in Jesus.
