Manifested to destroy the works of the devil.

1 John 3:8- He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Beloved, to manifest means to reveal, to make known, to advertise, to popularise. To manifest means to bring to the fore front and jesus manifested, in other words, he came down from heaven for the purpose of destroying the works of the devil that are predicated on sin. Because devil can never be good, he specializes in doing evil works that is why he is called "D evil" (Devil).

The devil is always at work trying to lure people into sin.

When jesus came on earth, he specialized in going about spreading good things, thereby destroying bad things.

Luke 17:11-16- And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of samaria and Galilee.

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

And they lifted up their voices, and said jesus, master, have mercy on us.

And when he saw them, he said unto them, goshew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

Jesus went about doing good, by the word of jesus, by his decree, by his touch he went about destroying the works of the devil.

Mark 5:25-30- And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, when she had of jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

For I said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

And jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, who touched my clothes? By the touch of his garment, he banished the flow of blood in the life of the woman with the issue of blood.

It is in the name of Jesus that we have come, in the name that is above every other name, in the name at which every kneel should bow, I decree that good things will begin to happen in all areas of your life. There shall be a new beginning of new thing in your life.

Jesus is the solution to every manners of evil, represented by poverty, etc...

John 10:10- The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

From the the bible passage above, we can see that life is in categories, there is below abundance life, there is abundance life, and there is more than abundance life. Jesus came to give us the best of life.

Jesus is the solution to spiritual oppression. Jesus is the solution to all manners if sickness. God will hear you from heaven in the name of Jesus. The one who is a prayer answering God will answer your prayers in the name of jesus.
