Being a leader is not a easy task or call at all, I read a post about God calling recently, if you have not been called by God and you jump into the ministry you are only doing harm to yourself. So many fake prophets out there today dishing out fake prophecies to the masses... We all have to pray for our leaders because by doing this we are also helping ourselves.
