An army chosen by God are walking to battle. Although we are all the army of God and we have an important part in the battle, not all are called to be warriors of God and to fight in the front, against territorial principalities and powers. God has selected people over whom he has placed a burden to liberate nations and a particular war anointing to win at those levels.

The warriors of God of the old testament

In the old testament, God presents himself as a militia God. Therefore children are warriors of God. One of the names of God is: "Warman". We can observe and understand how Jehovah intervened to liberate his people so many times in battles. It is evident that he continues to act in this sense.

Each time God ordered a war, he had a chosen one, a warrior of God, over whom the winning anointing of the Most High was discharged. The significant example is King David.
From a very young age, the Lord revealed himself to his life with a powerful anointing to fight. Not everyone had this anointing. When he fought against Goliath, the entire remnant of Israel's army was practically defeated and subjugated to what the giant and the Philistines wanted.

In this particular case, God used only one man to change the destiny of Israel. Perhaps anyone else who had fought would have died, but God is driven through chosen people.

That same anointing began upon the army of the valiant warriors of God. These were depressed and indebted men, hiding in a cave called Adulám. But when they saw the anointing of who became their leader, they longed for it, they sheltered it and they were transformed into great warriors of God.

Who are the true warriors of God

In these times of apostolic and prophetic movement, God has his generals of war already predestined, to liberate cities, towns and countries.

They are genuine coverages, lives proven in immense fires, proportionate to transmit the anointing and lead large armies in victory.

Unfortunately, there are others who, perhaps, driven by a genuine desire to see their cities conquered, launch themselves into war without him called from heaven and without the anointing.

This, unfortunately, has brought grave accidents and misfortunes in those who tried and those who followed them. And what's worse, these mistakes are now the weapon the devil is using to intimidate God's warriors ...

When a man is called to be a warrior of God, the Lord manifests himself to this man: for example Gideon was directly called by God, and gave him the authority to overcome. But it was the Lord, then we can notice that it is God who decides who will be his army.

Who can not participate in a war?

Characteristics of the warriors of God qualified for battle.

1.-The prophetic and apostolic authority
Spiritual warfare concerns the strictly prophetic and apostolic spheres. Each ministry has a level of authority and anointing that gives it the ability and divine ability to move in what God called it.

All are called and anointed, but not all have the same function and mission. Confusing the limits of a ministry's prowess brings consequences, which irreparably harm the body of Christ at all.

Example; When a prophet is a pastor of the church, but it turns out that he does not have a pastoral ministry, the church will receive a word, usually sharp, deep and, sometimes, very confrontational. This will cause the faithful to take little care of their particular needs and problems.

When an evangelist wants to flow as a pastor, there will usually be a lot of motivation to evangelize, manifestations of power, but in many cases, little depth in the Word. The same happens when pastors, teachers and evangelists, want to penetrate the areas of prophetic or apostolic authority.

Usually, there will be complication, the address will not be clear and this will obviously bring problems. In the matter of incurring in the spiritual world, to discern the governments of darkness and the strategies to overthrow them, only the prophets or the ministries with prophetic anointing (pastors-prophets, teachers, prophets, apostles-prophets) manage to do so in the correct order, the same as the apostles.

2.-A heavenly selection

In the book of Proverbs 24.6: "You will make war with intelligence." "They will fight against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because he is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen and faithful. " -Apocalypse 17.14

We can see that fighting the Lamb Side, a battle towards a high demonic hierarchy, is not for all believers. God has chosen this army and has done so because of their faithfulness and sincerity.

Their loyalty has to do with unfathomable levels of cross, of denial, effort and courage. They are people who can take steps of obedience with consequences in disfavor of themselves, soldiers whose priority is to follow God despite their own life cost. These are the warriors of God who have power and authority against satan himself.

"They have overcome him through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony, that they despised their lives until death." -Apocalypse 12.11

There is an obedience to God that everyone can carry out, and they must do, their commandments and our Christian attitudes, but there are orders of high level of obedience, which command us to be chosen by God or that separate us from their valuable and high purposes. .

The war in the celestial spheres demands warriors of God without fear, effective soldiers, whom God can lead with a simple glance. People who are like the wind, to whom the Lord can blow where he wants because they have no roots and attachments on earth.

The courage and courage to fight are not the main qualities, but the level of deep death. There are divine ordinances that mark that some continue and others go back. The real struggle is a confrontation between light and darkness.
As the apostle John says: "In him was life and life was the light of Men, the light in the darkness shines and the darkness did not prevail against the light. -Juan 1.4- 5

The light originates in the cross. It is in the death of Jesus, that the power of God is released to overcome and overthrow the opponent.
