We have this powerful lesson described in God's word about this mystical body (Church), where we, his children; we move as members of ONE body, a team; in unity and harmony.
UNIT. What does it mean?
An accurate definition of unity: We can say that it is what remains indivisible, unalterable and can NOT be destroyed.
The unit expressed as a single body
14 Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
15 Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18 But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. 19 If they were all one part, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” 22 On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable,

All members of the body or team are each useful in their function as God has designated "But now there are many members, but the body is only one."
It shows us the principle of the need for teamwork, for example we see in:
Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Moving, living in a team or as a body gives us incalculable benefits that only we could NOT obtain.

Working as a body or as a team allows us to establish solid foundations for excellent integral development
Being part of the body or team is because there is a common goal and it should be noted that NOT all team members are equal.
Unity at home, in the family: It gives us the possibility of growing healthy, developing as human beings, growing in LOVE, growing in faith using the word of God as the basis we develop in the knowledge of Him.
This can and should be replicated in the school, in our friendships, in the church and in any place where we move "THE UNIT AS A BODY"

Tenemos esta lección poderosa descrita en la palabra de Dios acerca de este cuerpo místico (Iglesia), donde nosotros, sus hijos; nos movemos como miembros de UN cuerpo, un equipo; en unidad y armonía.
UNIDAD. ¿Qué significa?
Una definición certera acerca de la unidad: Podemos decir que es aquello que permanece indivisible, inalterable y NO puede ser destruido.
La unidad expresada como un solo cuerpo
Además, el cuerpo no es un solo miembro, sino muchos.
Si dijere el pie: Porque no soy mano, no soy del cuerpo, ¿por eso no será del cuerpo?
Y si dijere la oreja: Porque no soy ojo, no soy del cuerpo, ¿por eso no será del cuerpo?
Si todo el cuerpo fuese ojo, ¿dónde estaría el oído? Si todo fuese oído, ¿dónde estaría el olfato?
Mas ahora Dios ha colocado los miembros cada uno de ellos en el cuerpo, como él quiso.
Porque si todos fueran un solo miembro, ¿dónde estaría el cuerpo?
Pero ahora son muchos los miembros, pero el cuerpo es uno solo.
Ni el ojo puede decir a la mano: No te necesito, ni tampoco la cabeza a los pies: No tengo necesidad de vosotros.
Antes bien los miembros del cuerpo que parecen más débiles, son los más necesarios;
1 Corintios 12:14-22
Todos los miembros del cuerpo o del equipo son útiles cada uno en su función como Dios ha designado “Pero ahora son muchos los miembros, pero el cuerpo es uno solo.”
Nos muestra el principio de la necesidad del trabajo en equipo, por ejemplo vemos en:
Mejores son dos que uno; porque tienen mejor paga de su trabajo. Porque si cayeren, el uno levantará a su compañero; pero! ay del solo! que cuando cayere, no habrá segundo que lo levante. También si dos durmieren juntos, se calentarán mutuamente; más ¿cómo se calentará uno solo? Y si alguno prevaleciere contra uno, dos le resistirán; y cordón de tres dobleces no se rompe pronto.
Eclesiastés 4:9-12
Movernos, vivir en equipo o como UN cuerpo nos otorga beneficios incalculables que solo NO podríamos obtener.

Trabajar como cuerpo o como equipo nos permiten fundar bases sólidas para un excelente desarrollo integral
Formar parte del cuerpo o equipo, es porque hay una meta común y cabe destacar que NO todos los miembros del equipo son iguales.
La unidad en casa, en la familia: Nos da la posibilidad de crecer sanos, desarrollarnos como seres humanos, crecer en AMOR, crecer en fe utilizando la palabra de Dios como base nos desarrollamos en el conocimiento de Él.
Esto puede y se debe replicar en el colegio, en nuestras amistades, la iglesia y en todo lugar donde nos movemos "LA UNIDAD COMO UN CUERPO"
