Jesus, luz en la oscuridad || Jesus, light in the dark

Los Angeles are superior to us humans and serve us, but they have not been able to experience the forgiveness and grace of God.
I exhort above all, to make rogatives, prayers, requests and thanksgiving, for all men; 2 for the kings and for all those in eminence, so that we live still and restlessly in all mercy and honesty. 3 Because this is good and pleasant before God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 Because there is only one God, and a single mediator between God and men, Jesus Christ, 6 who gave himself in rescue for all, of which he testified in due time. 7 For this I was constituted preacher and apostle (I say truth in Christ, I do not lie), and teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
1 Timothy 2.1-7
The apostle Paul gives many exhortations in his letters so that we can be light and bring to God's knowledge those who live in darkness. At one point he told us to pray for our rulers, etc.
We understand that there is nothing in the human heart of a fallen race that is good in itself, that makes us worthy of salvation, but the same. Because a powerful and merciful God chose to love us, he had to save us. We, Christ, and therefore reveals his grace in Christ in us.
When we live in Christ, when we receive the life of Christ in our hearts, we receive light and shine in darkness or in a world that lives in darkness. We invite others to know the Word of God, we invite others from a world of darkness to be part of the wonderful light with Christ in their hearts. That is why the apostle Paul calls us to pray and give thanks for all, pointing out that this is good and pleasant to God.
