In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.John 1:1-3
Everything started with the word and all the things which we see in our world came into being because of the word. The word is God who was manifested in the flesh in the person of Jesus. Nothing was made without the word.
God who is the word made the heavens and the earth with the power the word.
If The word is God then we see God through His word. The God we don't see with our naked eyes can be seen as we follow His word closely and let it dwell in our heart.
Whoever sticks to the word and do what it says gets closer to God and get a revelation of who God is. Many Christians who claim to be followers of Christ will never have a revelation of the one true God until they stick to the word.

The word reveals the ways of God, His characters and identity and will know God more as we stick to the word and meditate on it day in and day out.
God never do away with the word when making the heavens and the earth, it was the power of the word that brought forth everything we see around us. This should let us know the essence of the word and how potent the word is.
We can also not do anything without the word which is God. God is the center of our life and the sustainer of the our lives. We are alive because He lives and we able to perform lives process because His power still sustains the universe.
The word of God is the manual for man and it should be prioritized in our lives.
