Can We Blame God for the Evil in Our World?

Though Evil was present in the world but God never exposed man to evil. God told man about both evil and good but never allowed man to have the full knowledge outright.

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Genesis 2:15-17

The presence of evil in our world does not make God mean as some people think or believe. Rather, the presence of evil that make us see a good God, the weakness of man that make us see strength of God, the limitations of man that make us see how powerful God is.

The problem of mankind started when man became curious and wanted to know like God knows and be wise as God. A mere mortal can never undersntand an immortal God entirely.

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die, For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. Genesis 3:1-7

Whatever philosophy, theory or knowledge you may have to discredit and accuse God of being unfair and being the cause of the evil and the misery in our world will not stand or hold.
God is wiser and all powerful, the day you become like him and understand him entirely is the day he ceases to be God.

God has secrets untold, mysteries behind the creation and the existence of man. We are told that the secret things belongs to God.

The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29

We all have questions but the truth still remains that man cannot have all the answers behind the acts of God, He is God.

Never should we lean on our own understanding and draw unreasonable conclusion about God. In all our ways let's acknowledge him, rely on him and he will direct our path.
