How to be a leader

Many people want to know what it takes to be a great leader and fulfill all their goals and that of their followers, to do so we must think carefully that makes us leaders and for what purpose are we to lead in the bible we have many examples of leaders but we always seek to emulate them, I have something to say to them '' We can not emulate anyone and not expect to be like another person '' because the Lord made us all original beings and we can not have a copy just having Jesus' role model then I want to as my first contribution to this Christian community in Steemit, some tips to lead with wisdom and example:

• First meditate and have a 360 degree view of the reality that surrounds you.
• Be empathetic with your followers as they have their goals set as you but all have a common goal.
• Be observant and have an impartial vision that does not favoritism and does not centralize control in a person.
• Delegate the work is not loaded with all the weight but choose very well those who will delegate.
• Be patient and tolerant.
• Resolve your differences with a constructive dialogue and accept suggestions.
• If you lead a ministry for Christ, do not centralize the commands in the brothers of your circle be inclusive and put in the positions of eminence the most suitable not the favorites lest a secret contest be generated later (I say it by Experience).
  Good and above all, be intimate with the Lord at all times and he will guide you and give you the tools so that your leadership will be fruitful and reach all the objectives that the Lord disposes. God bless you.
