Life is full of ups and downs, which are sometimes weak, sometimes strong, everything wears out, but we play an important role in these reversible situations by allowing better conditions and not giving in to obstacles, even when the forces disappear.

The principle that there is no wear and tear on many things, especially in the spiritual sense, where we encounter difficulties that result in despair and discouragement, but when the biblical text is read; - "And he who does not take his cross, and does not follow me, is not worthy of me" (Mt 10,38), and adds that suffering in this life is certainly a heavy cross to bear.

A new impetus for physical forces

With respect to physical strength there are several ways to revitalize, restore self-esteem, depression, among others, good remedies through proper medical consultation can solve the problem, how can this happen to any human being when it wears down that does not come? it is necessary to restore, however, in relation to the spiritual life, the forms used to compose the physical forces are different and insufficient to restore it. God revitalized the physical strength of the prophet with bread and water (1 Kings 19: 5-6).

There are people in the Bible who believed that believers were facing that moment, especially when the church was in development, to alleviate the suffering of Christians it would be necessary for their souls to be updated. Among them was the mission of Barnabas when he strengthened the souls of the Christians of Antioch, emphasizing the need to cling to his heart, and the Lord (Acts 11:23), and Paul, when he visited the churches of Antioch, Lystra and Iconium for strengthen the minds of the disciples by showing them that for many tribulations they care to enter the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22).

Many Christians in the world need to strengthen their physical and spiritual strength, since many suffer the silence of the nights when they seem to have no end (Isaiah 28:20); In my career I have faced many adversities, but I have always trusted that God works both in his will and in his achievement (Philippians 2:13), to have confidence in the Lord and to stand firm in the most difficult moments are essential. God strengthens his children with the power of his power, whose purpose is to make them overcome the sphinxes of life, but necessarily on our part, feed spiritually with the word (divine bread), and seek refuge and strength in God with great confidence Only then will we have strengthened forces.

"... but they that wait for the Lord to renew their strength, and to ascend with wings like eagles shall run and not be weary: they shall walk and not be weary" (Is 40:31)
