HOW TO RECEIVE HEALING STEEMCHURCH PARISHIONER

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen of steemchurch, peace be with you all

Today is another great day the Lord has made, come join me and let us give thanks to the most high God.

Many Christians constantly needs healing in their lives but do not get them, these has leads to blaming of their maker God, reason being that;

• They go to church regularly

• They pay their tithe

• They pray often

Though these are good practice of a christian but it is not enough to make us receive the healing we want from God when sick.

Today let me take you through what the scriptures told us

Healing is a bonus to any true Christian, so it has always been our portion to be healed when sick. How can this healing be receive in man's life.

- Through faith in Him

Faith is what has not been seen but yet believed. God can only be worshipped in faith and through the faith we have in Him we will receive the healing we want from Him

- Having faith in His words

Exodus 15:26
"He said, "If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you".

The scriptures said,in the beginning, there was the word and the word was with God and the word was God, nothing was created except with the word.
This gives clear indications how powerful the word of God is to man's lives.

- Trusting all His finished works

Jesus Christ on the cross said it is finished, this means all works He came to do for us mankind for which healing is part has been accomplished.

John 19:28-30

"After this, Jesus, [a]knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” . Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit."

Part taken in the Lords supper

Christ took a bread and shared, which symbolized His body and the cup which symbolized the covenant He had with us (His blood) and there off sacrifice Himself on the cross for mankind sins.

1 Peter 2:24
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed."
