Communion isn't magic. The bread and wine really aren't the literal body and blood of Christ. That's just superstition. Taking communion doesn't cause you to grow spiritually.
Do you want to grow spiritually? Repent of your sins and accept what Jesus did on the cross as payment for those sins. Accept Jesus as your Lord. Read your Bible. Pray to God everyday. Use the ACTS model of adoration, confession, thanksgiving, and supplication. Find a Bible believing church and attend regularly. Learn to trust God and obey what the Bible teaches.
I am sure it wouldn't hurt and would have been more better if you had expended half of the time you spent typing all of these in reading few paragraph if not all of the post before commenting. Just my 0.01 SP thought!..:)
