( Matthew 21 : 12 - 13 ), ( Mark 11: 15 - 18 ), when jesus came to the temple and saw the moneychangers and animal sellers, he showed great emotion and anger. Jesus anger was fully justified and his anger was called the "zeal" for God's house ( john 2: 17 ). Another place jesus showed anger was at the synagogue of Capernaum, when the Pharisees refuse to answer his questions "he looked around at them in anger, deeply distressed at their stubborn heart ( mark 3: 5 ).

So many times we think of anger as somthing of the devil or somthing so evil, most people will even conclude telling you that, anger is not of the Lord, that it's from satan. Anger is you being human, as a human, you are entitled to feel anger, but the bible warned against what you do when you feel anger, ( Ephesians 4 : 26 ) warns us that in our anger, we shouod not sin, and do not let the sun go down on your anger.

The fact that Jesus Christ himself, felt anger, should explain a lot that, anger itself is not evil and is not of the devil, its a human natural emotion, the only thing is what you do when you feel anger and the reason for your anger. Jesus was angry because they turn the temple to a business premises, instead of a place of worship for the lord. He was angry and becaue the Pharisees, the people who claimed to work for God, could not even answer his questions, because of their evil heart. Watch how jesus channel his anger towards the right course. That should be a lesson for every Christian individual out there.

• Jesus anger had the proper focus

• Jesus anger was channelled to the right decision

• Jesus anger last for the right duration and not more than it was supposed to last.

• Jesus anger had the proper supplement, his anger stemmed from love for the Pharisees and concern for their spiritual condition (mark 3: 5 )

When angry, we always lose focus and lose track of the aim of the anger... getting angry would not be a sin, only if the purpose of getting angry is for the upliftment of God's glory among people who don't appreciate it and how you channel your anger says alot about the purpose of your anger.

We should learn to learn to have a duration for our anger... get angry for the right course, but always have the right plan, and the right action towards it and always have the right duration and your anger would be justified.

Thank you for reading and God bless you.
