Hello everyone,

Greetings to all Parishioners. So, we had another Bible class study anchored by @marcelo184 which was held last Friday at the usual venue @steemchurch discord server. And, as usual, it was great, spirit-filled, and fun. I also want to use this opportunity to say a very big thanks to Apostle @marcelo184 for always creating time out of his busy schedule to teach us.

The topic was interesting, and a vital factor that is needed in our personal walk with God. One of the surest ways to please God is by faith. The whole essence of our Christian race is centered on faith. It's like the fuel that drives the car hence without it a vehicle cannot move. So, it is important as believers we make sure that we have constant fuel to be able to move around. We need to constantly top up the fuel tank which is the level of faith in this case so that we don't run out of faith. We were taught in the Bible study that, it is only by faith that we can receive God's blessings if we truly want to receive from Him. Our answers will not make any impact from the throne of grace if we do not believe in what we are saying or praying about. This simply means that without faith the answers to our prayers will be far-fetched. @charleswealth added that, for that big miracle to happen in our lives, we need to activate our faith.

The question is, how then we do strengthen our faith as we were asked by Apostle Marcelo184? @charleswealth answered by saying, we strengthen our faith by taking away doubts in our walk with God. Doubt is like the hindering block stopping us from moving closer to God and stopping us from getting to know Him better. Doubt is giving room for our physical senses to come into play rather than our spiritual senses.

We also strengthen our faith by having constant fellowship with God, making out time for the things of the LORD, and communicating with Him on a daily basis by hearing the word of God, reading the word, and constant prayers. Another way we strengthen our faith is by dwelling among believers and sharing our testimonies. The bible says Iron makes another iron sharp, this means believers strengthen believers, encourages, and supports each other because we believe in God and Christ Jesus.

@angelicrame answered that prayers take us to another new level. Through prayers, we stay united with God and by reading His word. She also mentioned that we shouldn't neglect posts from great bloggers of the s@steemchurch because it is one of the ways to strengthen our faith. Through this platform, we get to read about the word of God and testimonies from parishioners. @milagros also shared how her faith has increased by reading the word of God daily especially when she meditates on it. Faith without work is dead.

In conclusion,

We are no believers without faith. It is a very tool weapon in the life of every believer and must not be stagnant. We were encouraged to strengthen our faith as we walk with God and work with the Holy Spirit. The importance of this cannot be overemphasized.
