Produce good fruits!

We produce good fruits and do not deviate from the essentials.

Hear. Behold, the sower came out to sow.

And it came to pass, when he sowed, a part of the seed fell by the way, and the birds of the heaven came and ate it.

And another fell on stony ground, where there was not much land, and was born later, because it had no deep ground. But, when the sun came up, it burned and, because it had no root, it dried up.

And another fell among thorns, and, growing the thorns, they smothered it, and it did not bear fruit.

And another fell into good ground and bore fruit, which avenged and grew: and one produced thirty, another, sixty, and another, a hundred.

A sublime and powerful message given to the people of that time by the Lord Jesus. She teaches us and reveals, (today too), rich slopes about the care to live what we have learned from Him.

Reading friends, a thousand and one things can take place in our thoughts: goods, projects, concerns with the world we live in and even the search for some things to improve, (we think) our train of life. But be careful. Many of them can deprive our hearts of the essentials.

Above all do not listen to what the devil does or says. Let's raise our heads and look to God.

We live in a time when technologies are ubiquitous. There is all the luck of devices, able to satisfy: practically all our needs!

Beloved, I do not mean that all of them are necessarily bad or unnecessary, but that they can deconcentrate and deviate from our priorities. And that is what the enemy seeks. Satan became a master in art: it bothered us.

He constantly seeks to deviate from the main target: our walk with God. If he can divert our attention to material needs, or to the behavior of others, in our respect, there he overcomes: deflects and manipulates our mind as he wants and understands.

Result: let's stop looking at what is right and pleasing God, to fall into his trap.

I never tire of witnessing about my first years as a believer. The first thing I wanted to focus on was discovering what was not right in my life. I was searching for myself to change. It is probably what happens with many, because we hope (even in the flesh), that God appreciates our attitude.

But let's not forget that by acting like this, we enter into the devil's game, because that change, only as the help of the Holy Spirit is possible.

Today, I am more attentive to my faith. First love God above all things and do good to others.

I'm not going to say that I'm perfect. There are still many imperfections, but I am sure that God will deliver me from all.

Ask God for forgiveness, it's not shame. Our Father is Merciful and looks at us as children. The important thing is, after having received His forgiveness, to return to the page, to go forward and not repeat the past mistakes.

Beloved, let us not worry about what is going on in the world, but with what is positive and constructive. Let's not keep indefinitely something that has made us suffer. Example, a loss or a past. Burying is the solution and, continue considering what God has granted us by His grace.

In other words: let's not pay attention to the devil's game, but let's look at God who is our strength.

Of course we can not do like the "Ostrich". Bury your head in the sand and think that everything is solved alone. Yes, observing our priorities must be the main objective: God will take care of the rest.

We will certainly have in this glorious walk with the Lord setbacks. But life is so. It would be a waste of time to seek to change what God has already repaired for us:

Each day is a gift from God. Let us learn to fix our eyes on the Giver of Life and fully enjoy what He offers us freely. Amen.
