Let's take a look at spirit of obedience

The Bible make us to understand that the spirit of obedience is not by our power or our might.
In the book of Ezekiel chapter 36 Vs 26- 27 NLT version says:

Ezek.36.26 - And I will give you a new heart with new and right desires, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony heart of sin and give you a new, obedient heart.
Ezek.36.27 - And I will put my Spirit in you so you will obey my laws and do whatever I command.

This scripture explain that when the Holy Ghost manifest in your life it comes with the spirit of obedience.
Obedience is not easy but with the help of the Holy Ghost it becomes a part of you.
Everytime we pass the obedience test we change class and have a changed of name.
Let's take the life of Abram to explain the spirit of obedience as Abram is the perfect example.

Genesis chapter 12 Vs 1-4

Gen.12.1 - Then the LORD told Abram, "Leave your country, your relatives, and your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you.
Gen.12.2 - I will cause you to become the father of a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and I will make you a blessing to others.
Gen.12.3 - I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you."
Gen.12.4 - So Abram departed as the LORD had instructed him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.

Abram obeyed God even if it was going to cost him everything he didn't asked any question, he just did as he was told, leaving his father's house and going to a strange land that must have been hard but Abram did it anyway and was blessed for it as it was said in Genesis 13 verses 2

Abram was very rich in cattle,in silver and in gold.(NLT)

The out come of obedience is always blessing
Pray to God for the spirit of obedience.
That was not the only obedience story of Abram as when God told him to circumcised every male child,(Genesis chapter 17)God said he will be the father of many nations and all he have to do is circumcised all male child and Abram obeyed and guess what happened God blessed him for his obedience!
God told Abram to kill his only child and he was ready to do it without questions!
Wow! Abram is indeed the father of Faith..
Pray for the spirit of obedience like Abram.
