SteemCaps - Update May

SteemCaps is a game created on the Unity engine using the WebGL (a JavaScript API for rendering interactive 2D and 3D graphics within any compatible web browser without the use of plug-ins). Uses a steem blockchain as a database and a customJson operation to store and verify data such as items owned by players.

SteemCaps is a game with caps. The player's goal is to kill all the opponent's Caps from the table. Caps are divided into 5 types: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Special. Players can buy a Pack5Cap packet of 5 Caps in which random caps from the entire collection can be found, except for those that have been blocked (for sale). With each type of packages are selected Caps that will not be drawn in the future, the only way that the player will be able to get it from another player through the market or gift.

Each package type has a strictly defined number of production and after it is exceeded, the sale of the package will be completed . It also includes specific chances to hit Caps Rare, Epic and Legendary. Caps Special can be gained only by playing tournaments or during events. In addition, each player during the game has a 0.8% chance of getting a free BasicPack. Win increases this chance to max 1.2% and some events to max 2%.

Basic pack is an unopened package which is currently sold. You can hold and open it when Pack5Cap stops being sold or wait for a new type of package.

Each pack sale is saved in a Steem blockchain using a customJson transaction. Thanks to this, the player is really the owner of the Caps and other items. Blockchain is transparent and everyone can check and verify which items each player has and what transactions he has performed.

Login to the site is possible with SteemConnect. The required permission is the customJson operation. The server doesn't get login data because it is only on the client's side in the browser.

Income generated from the sale of Pack5Cap is divided: 40% for developers, 40% for the prize pool for players and 20% investment in Steem Power game account. Each type of package with Caps or other items may contain a different money distribution model.
The rewards pool for players will be used for rewards in tournaments and events. The investment in Steem Power will allow developers to reward players for articles, support and help in developing the game. In addition, it will accelerate the creation of other projects in the future. The money that goes to the developers are intended for license fees, domains, servers, etc.

In a few days there will be possible operations like connecting the Caps, sending them to other players and opening the pack. Performing such operations will using the customJson transaction. Server will automatically detect that transactions and if it is possible to perform (the player has specified Caps or Pack) it will also be confirmed by customJson.
