The Queen Of Soul

Ms. Aretha Franklin born 1948 - 2018 passed away at the age of 76, she has 60 years of performance work history under her belt. She was born in Memphis but her family relocated to Detroit where her father was a pastor at his Church, he himself was a gospel singer, this is how she inherit her great gospel voice. She remain in Detroit throughout it's ups and down, she was respected for providing meals for those who needed it out of her father Church. She recieved many awards and honors of achievements for her work and music. Her song Respect was used in numerous movies and dance performance every where around the world. The 90's childrens will remember her as the lady who sang at the White House for the first black man elected President, "President Barack Obama, something we'll never forget. She was a perfectionist when it came to her field of work, pianist, self taught. She was active in many movements by contributions and activities . I can go on and on, but it would take two weeks of posting, she was America, Black Queen Of Soul, she will be missed, but never forgotten. RIH QUEEN
