My take on fish and chips, fried talapia with hot sauce drizzle on top, fresh cut french fries , tartar sauce and ketchup on the side for dipping.

    Very tasty, I added a dash of cajun spice and lemon pepper with my seasoning which enhanced the taste of the talapia.
