@transcript-junky

Today’s Post Recognition goes to the post called Steemit Success Tip Of The Day #21 - Super-Charge Your Brainwaves Into Higher States On Steemit by @transcript-junky.

The author wrote about holding on to the things that Steemit offers to make a Steemian successful. @transcript-junky referred to these things as “tools”.
What is the difference between our internal selves and our external selves? While inside of steemit we have our brains that interact with each other the most. In the “real world” we need things for our physical self to exist.
@transcript-junky explains in details how the brain controls the body and its functions. The author linked several illnesses to what he state the cause to be because of technology and information overload.

This post is a must read! The author suggest that the reader take care of their health and get the proper rest. Especially the Steemian who is addicted to steemit or anything that causes them to focus on it for many hours on end.
When used correctly technology is beneficial to us; when use incorrectly it is detrimental to us. You have to read this post to see how the author describes us as humans. The post start getting really good to me when I got to this point.
The author points out that sound therapy can help the brain from overload which play a role in stress and the growth of disease and illness.
