where did the holes go?
I dont know. This is how I got them. I assume that SDCC didn't approve their logo on them.
Gotcha, so it is a pretty safe bet that all of these cards will have a hole punched out of the corner.

A very few amount of cards got out without holes. To confirm we did have licensing issues with SDCC at that last minute and had to remove the logo.
