Rescued Copper Pendant
I’ve had a little pile of copper pieces I found on a construction site laying around for a while and today I decided to make a pendant from a piece of it, and I chose the Steemit logo for the design.
Here are a few images of the process.
The final steps were hammering it out and giving it a convex contour, and polishing it up.
So you can get an idea of the size. :)
I left the back side unpolished and sealed the piece. The back is sealed with a clear embossing powder.
Bidding starts at 2.5 SBD
- Pendant only.
- I pay for shipping.
- U.S. shipping only, this time. If there is interest in this piece, and I choose to make another, I will check on international shipping regulations and consider international shipping.
Thank you!!
Great job! We use little leftover pieces of copper for craft projects. Keep up the good work!
First off, I'm following you now. Second, post some of your copper work when you get a chance. I'd like to see it. 😀
Smart cookie! I hope there's a bidding war!
I don't wear jewelry, but I'll do a resteem to give it some more visibility. That piece is sweet!
Hey, @aunt-deb, thanks! 😁
Hope it does well! I will resteem and get it out there. Great Job!
Excellent! Thank you! I hope it does well also. I'm kind of experimenting with Steembay. I've got a couple other things to post in the next couple of days. I feel like it could be a good resource for creators and makers. I hope it gain some traction. 👍
Beautiful work!!
The #steembay Auction has finished without a bid...
