The number marked in blue here is your share count. The 1 is your upvote weight per post. Since we have to adjust rules manually still, the first column shows the amount you should have (calculated amount 0.99 is rounded to 1) and the second column shows the actual value set in our voting system. The 0 means that your weight is currently correct in our voting system.
As you can see looking over the sheet, there are lots of rules that need adjusted at any given time (all the green squares in the column where yours has a 0, so we update in cycles, depending on time availability.
