I seem to read more research papers than books, but if you want a book, here's ELF and VLF Electromagnetic Field Effects, edited By M. Persinger, and available free online.

This stuff is really interesting. I understand the physics parts (better...), but this is a Neuroscientist (neurologist?) writing. The connections to the human are interesting. Definitely something I'm keen to dip my thoughts into...
