I also use Steemvoter and it is a very useful tool - unfortunately there seem to be some issues because not every author in fanbase list gets regularly upvotes, also the delay time is much too long, longer than setup - already contacted support on this issues and received no answer yet ;(

Checking through the blogs of the people I know it should be upvoting for - this gets most of them but now and again I will see it has missed a post - so it's not perfect either.
If I check the inventors name it sounds iranian or asian, right ? Maybe they have trouble with powercuts sometimes ? At least for asian circumstances not too unusual ;)
