I.E. are you specifying a maximum of 1200 words?

There's one particular proposal that does a lot of that.

THE content created as part of this competition is supposedly to help other quickly understand the differences between the various proposals. They should also help people decide what each proposal is offering so that they can make an informed choice when voting. So they should not be too long, since people will not read them. So try to keep it to a max of 1200 words or so
