As for me, I prefer my first child to be a girl, females tend to be more hommy than males generally are. Most females handle family tasks maturely than most males do.

Any reasonable child can take care of the father's property no matter the gender. When a child is overly pampered, if its a male, he will squander his inheritance.

That absolutely true, most female children are talented or even knowledgeable when it come to handling of matters in the families

Really, is this an isolated case or a generalization. Among the male or female first child, who do you think handles family disputes better
From most of the cases I have seen,females do manage it better.
Most times,male first children are only concerned about their patrimony and pay little attention to salient issues.My thought though.
Sir sometimes it depends on how your train your children. If you teach them how to diligent in return they will handle family matters
