Animal Activities #39

Greetings, Steemians!! I'm participating in a contest, as I was invited by a friend, @axgustine. I'll be talking of the activities of a GOAT as an animal.

INTRODUCTION

A goat is a domestic animal. It could be a he-goat (male) or a she-goat (female).In the Ibibio/Efik language it is called "EBOT." It is one livestock that is reared at homes or farms. In my compound, the goats produce a sound activity we term as 'bleating.' This activity could be a sign that they are hungry or their environment is not convenient for them.

NATURAL ACTIVITY OF A GOAT

I've found a goat to be very funny and stubborn naturally. But there are other activities a goat harbors that are mostly unnoticed, like its easy nature of adaptability. Move a goat from this location to another, and you'll see that it will already make there a home. Another is their strength; a goat can jump, flip, drag, and run freely. We know them to be among the creatures on earth that possess stupidity at times, but trust me, a goat is also smart and will always discover a hideout to escape.

FEEDING

A goat will always want to eat anything you point towards its direction. But it mostly grazes on fresh grasses or leaves, cassava peels, or any vegetables. Don't put a goat in your cassava farm; it will clear almost everything.

PLAYING FIGHT AMONG THEMSELVES

One of the funniest activities I've witnessed goats perform is the play fight within themselves. Merge two or more goats in a house and you'll see the battle they'll engage in. They knock each other's heads, jump on each other in a playful attacking manner, or even drag and struggle, especially when you're about to feed them. This is always funny in a way.

CONCLUSION

Unlike any other domestic animals, A Goat is full of drama, laughing scenarios, wild play, and clever sneaking out. You can call him the GOAT (Greatest of All Time).
