Glad to be able to participate in this fabulous dynamic, @esteemapp team. My advice to those starting out, in principle, is as follows:

• Write with your soul and love what you do. Writing is not for just anyone, it is for privileged people who were born to transmit to others as much knowledge as feeling, art and many beautiful things in life.

• Take great care with writing, spelling (this part is vital for good writing, so that it can be taken into account), quoting from sources, taking great care with the original content, zero plagiarism, when you have to consult reference sources, read and then write in your own words what you have read.

• Make activity in the discord. It is very important to relate to the communities and to make constant interaction, this is vital. And, when I say interact, it is not just leaving the posts on the server for promotion, no, it is making life in the chats and relating to the community itself.

• Document yourself constantly about what is happening in the blockchain, it is important to study the financial area, familiarize yourself with the steem-engine and the management of the different tokens.

And never be afraid to ask and consult with others, there are many good people at steemit willing to support those who are starting out on this path. Thanks to @esteemapp for these spaces and the opportunity to express ourselves.
