I read likely on average 30 posts a day and make as many comments to support people on them where I can try adding some value, even if it is just to make someone laugh or encourage them, we all need that.
I am still understanding life in the crypto and steemit worlds, so I like to read on stats and that info daily where I can
I use the NEW feeds and my own followed/feed - there is lots of variety and I made this meme up this week to show how I feel LOL.
My favorite topics are foraging and gardening. I try to find all the foraging and gardening posts that are made here every day, for curation for the @foraging-trail and @gardening-trail. But I read a lot of other topics, too. I like the nature photos, especially. How many do I read? Too many, but also not enough. I know I miss nice posts, but I can't read them all! : )
I like price analysis and pretty much anything to do with Steemit economics because it gives me something interesting to look forward to. I also try to read some of the new posts to help others get votes. I read around 50 or so posts a day (I am a fast reader), more or less.
I love the variety...any old surprise, an amazing photo, an interesting insight, something funny, someone helping someone else, an interesting fact, some moving piece of art, an incredible piece of imagination, something helpful about Steemit. By Christmas, my favourite daily fix will be your awesome take on a Steemit advent calendar!
Favourite Subject? Dissecting top performers in their field, be it an athlete, CEO, scientist or a firefighter, that does not really matter. The important part is that they're good at what they're doing and they love it.
Also, as a rebel, I prefer to actually listen on 1.3-1.5x speed as my reading is slow.
And how many? 1 hour worth of content on average. Often 2 hours just for the fun of it.
I try to balance my time between reading other Steemians' work and creating my own. I try to read the works of 10 different people everyday, even if I'm not currently following them. I also like to stay on top of what's new in how the platform works. I'm not strong in cryptocurrency, so I try to read one crypto post everyday to strengthen my knowledge base.
UV and RS for you.

I do a meme of the day usually
I just wanted to say thanks for the votes on this and the steem and steem power. I really appreciate the winnings, I am thankful.
Just wanted to take a second and thank the page owner, the voters and -- all the other Steemians who commented with their ideas too.
Thanks everyone. Sincerely Barry

I like to read Travel post. And read maby 3-4 a day. I dont have so much time to Steemit anymore.
I read Manly P. Hall's "My Philosophy Of Life". Sometimes I listen to it if I'm in a bit of a rush.
our favourite thing to reed each day is "STEEM FEED "
I usually get to read least 10
