How to craft charcoal in Minecraft
As requested by @stellarlibrarian to use a coal as my fuel which gave me an idea for my next tutorial
So For my next tutorial
Purpose: Fuel for cooking foods,smelting ore, and other stuffs that requires fuel like crafting glass.
There are different resources to use as your fuel. It just depend to you on which you prefer or what you currently have.
- Logs
- Wood planks
- Coal
- Charcoal
- Lava
- Other wood materials
If you don't have a coal yet because you have not find and mine. You can choose one of the other options as temporary fuel especially if you need it immediately.
You can mine coal in the cave. They are easy to find compare to iron, gold, diamond, and red stone.
You can also collect lava by using your bucket.
And the easiest way, cook some logs in your furnace to have a charcoal. You can use any wood materials to cook the logs. If you want to use lava, it is up to you.
