I jumped in on this about 5-6 weeks ago. Snapped up a gold mine property for standard lease, 155K from memory. Pulled a heap of gold out, then decided I'd try and offload it with only a week left on the lease. Put it up for auction and sold it for 750K.
Pretty happy with that :)
Now I just have 2 of my guys doing transport work with wagons, and another guy doing odd construction jobs.
The 800K / 800 PGL I managed to accumulate is invested, earning 3%/month.
Nice! There was a person talking about in a group I’m in when it was still in testing but I didn’t jump into right away. Wish I had started sooner but you never quite know what ones are worth going after hard.
Think I bought a SM card with what I made lol.
