Currently waiting to get my server up. I have 32GB ram and an old Xeon 2670 8 core hyper threaded CPU.
I need a new motherboard, than I am thinking about creating a witness. I do not want to rent a server like most other witnesses do.
I will vote for you. let us know when you are ready.
If you write a post about your Witness "application", it could serve to fund the motherboard acquisition. I would for sure resteem and support it.
