It was raining one afternoon and it made the traffic situation worse, highland jeeps and other vehicles are are now stuck and there are also plenty of people walking in different directions, mostly using umbrellas for cover from the ongoing rain.

Ang gulo tingnan ng daan. To each his own. Cross at your own risk. This is seldom seen in Davao where the use of the pedestrian lane is enforced and the vehicle drivers respect pedestrians. Kung hindi, huli at multa, both pedestrian and motorist.
Hehe yup correct sir, gulo talaga jan sa market area of Baguio. Traffic is worse too in other roads, pero sa mga mainroads naman nila e ok ang pedestrians and motorista.😁
yeah, parang malalang traffic talaga po yan ah. Wala bang locked down dyan sir at napakarami pa ring mga tao.
